Learning Designer
ISTE 4.4 Standard for Coaches states that coaches should intentionally and transparently adopt and demonstrate best practices and support educators to design learning experiences and environments that meet the needs and interests of all students.
Coaches model and support educators to design learning experiences and environments. To meet the needs and interest of all pupils, these may include, but are not limited to: differentiated instruction, personalised learning paths, project-based learning, flexible seating arrangements, technology integration, choice boards and menus, learning stations, student-created content, guest speakers and virtual field trips, inquiry-based learning, peer collaboration and learning communities, gaming and simulations, sensory-friendly spaces, and formative assessment strategies.
