Coaches plan, provide and evaluate the impact of professional learning for educators and leaders on the use of technology to advance teaching and learning.
ISTE 4.5 Standard for Coaches says that coaches should plan, provide, measure and analyse participant feedback about specific professional learning, and evaluating aggregated professional learning against system goals for changes in culture or teacher practice. Coaches evaluate the impact of professional learning for educators, leaders and other relevant educational stakeholders on the use of technology to advance teaching and learning.
Coaches evaluate the impact of professional development for all stakeholders based on technology and its impact on teaching and learning.
